The LOC will work to find the right accommodation for your team, based on your budget and requests. We have options across all price ranges, from bunk-bed rooms and bungalows to apartments, budget hotels and 4-star hotels, all in a compact area so teams can move easily and enjoy the city and the social events throughout the week.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Shared rooms with bunk beds: either within Camping La Playa or in downtown Logroño, these accommodations offer bunk beds in rooms of different sizes (from 8 to 20 guests per room).
Bungalows: located within Camping La Playa, each bungalow hosts between 4 and 8 people and has a small kitchen (fridge, microwave). Camping La Playa is very close to the Las Norias swimming pools, and a convenient bus line (#9) leaves right outside the campsite and reaches the playing fields in approximately 20 minutes.
Albergues: clean, affordable accommodation ideal for entire teams. Players stay in shared rooms equipped with bunk beds, usually with essential amenities and a convenient location: a budget-friendly solution with a good level of comfort.
Camping: Camping La Playa offers the possibility to set up your tents or park your RV, connect it to the campsite utilities and enjoy the facility infrastructure. Please contact us for a quotation if you are interested in this option.
Budget hotels: good quality, low-cost hotels completely dedicated to the players, with rooms for 2, 3 or 4 people. Because rooms are small, we optimise room availability according to team sizes, so these reservations go through the LOC. Some hotels offer bed & breakfast: please check the details of your booking carefully. These hotels are downtown, surrounded by cafés and restaurants.
Apartments: located in various complexes around the city, each able to host entire teams or federations. They usually have fully equipped kitchens and host groups of 4 to 12 players per apartment, depending on the complex, giving teams the option to self-cater.
3–4 star hotels: very good quality hotels with a block of rooms reserved for WU24. Booking and payment conditions for these hotels are agreed case by case.
HOW TO REQUEST AN OFFER
To receive an accommodation offer, write to services@wu24.sport with the following information:
- Number of teams
- Number of players
- Number of staff
- Arrival date
- Departure date
- Requested type of accommodation
- Any specific information we should know before sending you an offer
We will reply with a tailored proposal for your team. Accommodation is assigned on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you to write to us as soon as possible.
Booking your accommodation through the LOC grants you free access to the tournament transportation service, so your team can always reach the fields on time for its scheduled games.
Booking outside the LOC: Logroño is compact, but to enjoy both the tournament and the city we recommend staying downtown or arranging your own transport to Pradoviejo and the social venues (see the Logroño urban bus timetable). As June is high season, downtown hotels may have limited capacity for large groups.
